About Lara Taylor: Lara is a licensed marriage and family therapist from the San Francisco Bay Area. She earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a certificate in Traumatology and Treatment from Holy Names University in Oakland, CA. She co-hosts the podcasts GT Radio and The Happiest Pod on Earth on the Geek Therapy Network, and helped to create the Geek Therapy Library. She has a great deal of experience working with adolescents and transition aged youth…and is also a huge nerd.
Her nerdy interests include (but are not limited to!): Star Wars, Disney, Game of Thrones, comics of all kinds, Harry Potter, Star Trek (mainly Deep Space 9 and Next Generation), and gaming (of both the board and video variety).
